Hatteras 100 RPH Technical Launch

Hatteras junkies, take note of the recent launch of the flagship Hatteras 100 Raised Pilot House motoryacht! She’ll be officially unveiled at the 2013 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Hatteras is boasting standard features including: zero speed stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters, premium A/V system… even a stocked wine cooler, bathrobes and linens. As is now becoming more commonplace, natural light is being incorporated as much as possible – in the case of the Hatteras 100 RPH, you’ll see a large integrated skylight in the galley. Eight guests will enjoy a full-beam master amidships, VIP and two twin cabins on the lower deck. Interestingly, Hatteras is offering an option on deck master in lieu of the large, country-style galley.

Up above, an L-shaped lounge in the raised pilothouse will accommodate guests or crew for days at sea (and a heck of a lot of electronics).  The flybridge is an entertainment paradise with 360-degree views catering to both those who want shade or full sun. The aft flybridge deck can be outfitted with an additional lounge or a davit for tender and toys.

She’ll be powered by twin CAT C-32 engines each with 1,900hp for 25-knot top speeds and 19-knot cruising speeds for a 680nm range. An optional twin package of MTU 16V 2000 engines will top 29 knots. Like other Hatteras models, the 100 RPH is constructed on a solid fiberglass hull bottom. Her draft is 5’11” which will yield access to wide array of great ports of call. Crew quarters are located aft of the engine room with two entries. Captain and crew have separate staterooms and heads.

Expect this motoryacht to top the 26 North Yachts list of boats to check out at the 2013 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show!

By the way, check out this preowned 100′ HATTERAS “TRIPLE ATTRACTION” Yacht For Sale. It’s listed at $4,995,000 (As of August 30th) and docked in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Contact us if you wish to organize a boarding pass!
