About Codecasa Yachts

With beginnings in the famed yacht building area of Viareggio, Italy, Codecasa was founded by Giovanni Battista Codecasa, builder of wooden sailing vessels. Today, with three Viareggio shipyards, luxury Codecasa motoryachts are manufactured in steel and aluminum or entirely in aluminum and range from 30 meters (98 feet) to 90 meters (295 feet). Codecasa employs sophisticated, modern technologies, and great attention to detail to achieve the highest quality vessels that are well-known and appreciated world-wide.

Recent launches include 167-foot “Aldabra”, 138-foot Hull F73, 213-foot “Lady Lau,” and 148-foot “Framura 2.” A 72-meter Codecasa is currently in development at 236 feet. “Aldabra” boasts a beam of 31 feet and a design by in-house designer Della Role. Hull F73, a Codecasa 42 Vintage superyacht, features classic styling, an elegant silhouette, max speeds of 17 knots, and a max draft of about 8 feet.  With an impressive five decks, “Lady Lau” was designed with diverse styling in her various public spaces to appeal to varied foreign guests. “Framura 2” was a continuation from the 35- and 41-meter lines, with hull and superstructure construction mostly in aluminum and design by Anna Maria and Franco Della Role. With aluminum construction, the Codecasa 50-meter (164 feet) Express yacht resembles a sleek bullet, and her light-displacement speed can reach 26 knots and a 1,000 nautical-mile range at 18 knots.
