About Delta Yachts
Delta began its notable history with the Jones Family in the early 1960s with high-speed pleasure boats which evolved into charter and commercial fishing boats, and now some of the finest, most luxurious superyachts in the world. Located in Seattle, Wash., Delta has earned its solid reputation for durability, reliability, and practical maintenance in the harsh waters of the Pacific Northwest (and Alaska and Bering Sea).
Delta’s ultra high end, custom yachts are known for comfort, speed, graceful lines, elegant engineering, lightweight modern carbon fiber, and luxurious appointments. Clients or their representatives are encouraged to become intimately involved with the yacht building process and in fact can have their own office at the facility while the Delta dream creation emerges.
Each Delta is distinctive and unique, as evidenced by some of the most notable in the fleet: 240-foot steel hull, fiberglass “Laurel,” the 163-foot expedition yacht “Triton,” and the 160-foot “Gallant Lady.” In production now are superyachts ranging from the 151-foot “Monarch” to the 215-foot “Invader” with an ice strengthened steel hull and composite superstructure.
The Delta Design Group is a highly respected yacht engineering group comprised of naval architects, industrial designers, and marine, mechanical, and electrical engineers. Their combined expertise leads to innovative approaches in functionality, performance, and design of these luxury liners.
