Customer Relationship Manager
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s CRM, assigning new incoming leads, managing existing database, calling on customers and communicating via email for re-engagement. Upon re-engagement brokers will be notified to follow-up.
Customer Relationship Manager will:
Be responsible for keeping a systematic follow-up schedule for all leads in database.
Work closely with brokers while managing their individual leads through the CRM and providing follow-up appointments for the sales team.
Be responsible for providing weekly activity reports generated by the CRM.
Be responsible for calling on leads for the purpose of re-engagement. Outline of talking points will be provided. Upon re-engagement leads will be assigned to sales team.
Follow-Up: Works with sales force to ensure 100% of all sales inquires are being followed up with.
Scoring/Grading: Understands how to grade and qualify leads based on answer to profile questions.
Reporting: Reports on inquiries activities and records source of all new inquiries and leads.
Record all correspondence with leads then update the CRM.
CRM: Understands the CRM system and works to make sure the system stays organized and all activity is recorded between brokers and Customer Relationship Manager.
Customer Relationship Manager must be well written, an excellent communicator and very comfortable on the phone. A high volume of correspondence will be required.
$36,000 per Year + $150 per boat sold
