Established in 1966, Admiral Yachts has enjoyed prestige for its custom aluminum and steel megayachts, in displacement and planning hull models ranging from 105 to 177 feet (32 to 54 meters). Admiral launched one of the first 30-meter motoryachts ever built in the 1970s. They were a brand of Cantieri Navali Lavagna (CNL) which declared bankruptcy in 2010. In 2011, Italian luxury and custom superyacht builder Tecnomar Yachts acquired Admiral. With a production plant in Massa, Tuscany (Italy), Tecnomar builds its yachts ranging from 98 to 196 feet and were reportedly targeting a facility to target Admiral’s range.
Admiral has concentrated over the years on design, production, quality, and systems such as their “coordinates technique” that optimizes the construction phase. Admiral features water and fuel compartments built into the double-layer keel for stability, and their use of aluminum provides flexibility, safety, and lightness.
Admiral offers the following aluminum planing yachts in its Regale series: the Admiral 33 m, the Admiral 37 m, the Admiral 42 m, and the Admiral 42 m HT. The Admiral 42 m (138 feet) offers a trend-setting stern hatch that opens a platform over the water for sunbathing and fitness. With elegant interiors, ultra-modern furniture and design, and the latest technology, the Admiral 42 m can run at a maximum speed at 30.5 knots with twin MTU 3,650 HP powerhouses.
Admiral offers the Admiral 37 m and the Admiral 45 m displacement yachts in its Maxima series. The displacement yacht models include the Admiral 37 m, Admiral 45 m, and Admiral 56 m for the Impero series.
