ISA Yachts began in the late 1990s when a group of experienced luxury megayacht builders from Ancona, Italy, wanted to build innovative pleasure yachts in the area. 2001 saw the launch of their first effort, a 47.50-meter (156 feet), steel hull and aluminum yacht. In 2006, a private investment group took the custom and semi-custom builder over. With talented management and skilled craftsmen, ISA is able to implement a high level of technology with sophisticated design in a flexible business model.
In more recent years, ISA announced its expanded model lineup with the Grantourismo series that maximizes outdoor areas while offering displacement-oriented performance: ISA 32m (105 feet), ISA 40m (131 feet), ISA 50m (164 feet), and ISA 60m (197 feet). This series is based on the ISA 120 and ISA 140 models—now employing steel and aluminum, yet preserving transoceanic abilities and lower fuel consumption. Interiors on these models are customizable.
Coming soon, ISA will deliver a diverse range of builds: a 41-meter (135 feet) full displacement steel hulled Classic, a 66-meter (217 feet) Grantourismo (largest in the series), and custom, five-decked, 54-meter (177 foot) “Project Panorama” with its unique foldable doors aft in the salon.
