A member of the Ferretti Group since 2000, Riva Yachts was founded in 1842 in the small northern Italian town of Sarnico on the banks of Lake d’Iseo. A family affair still to this day, the legacy is carried on by Carlo Riva at their facilities in Sarnico and a newer facility in La Spezia to produce the yachts over 65 feet. With roots in transportation vessels, over the years Riva has moved into motorboats, speedboats, and yachts with a reputation for timeless elegance, status, and perfection matched by exquisite attention to detail.
Riva’s modern and contemporary exterior looks make them instantly recognizable, and interior designs sport colors produced exclusively for this luxury yacht builder. The expression of skilled Italian style and artisanship is witnessed in the furnishings and accessories that make Rivas icons of luxury. Twenty-four coats are utilized to paint the wooden parts, one after another, according to Carlo’s original formula to optimize the wood’s high polish and resistance to wear and tear. In addition, cutting-edge technology and innovation complement the timeless classic character of a Riva.
Riva Yachts models range from the 27-foot runabout/tender Riva Iseo to the 115-foot Athena.
