MJ Competes in $6 Million Billfish Tournament

We’ve had sport fishing on our mind this week, probably because dates for the 2020 Naked Warrior Project Fishing Tournament are going to be announced soon. Maybe that’s why we’re posting this? Or maybe we just think Michael Jordan is the unquestionable GOAT, and we’ll use any excuse to write about him. Whatever our motivation, we had to share this.

Right now, MJ is competing in the 46th Annual White Marlin Open in Ocean City, MD. It’s the “World’s Largest Billfish Tournament”, with anglers vying for a whopping $6 million in prize money. Jordan is competing on his late-model 80′ Viking named, appropriately enough, “Catch 23”. We’re sure that he’s ferociously fighting a billfish as we write this. Go get ’em Michael!
