New Explorer Yacht: Business vs. Party

Business up front, party in the back. That’s basically the concept behind Vripack’s new 79-foot explorer yacht – an ultra-rugged exterior paired with an inviting, stylish interior. The yacht’s military-style steel hull, imposing aluminum superstructure, and vertical bow make up the “business” side of the equation – as does her not-messing-around 3,000 nautical mile range, courtesy of twin Caterpillar C12s.
The yacht’s interior, or the “party” side of things, is draped in various shades of white. Super relaxing. Most of the furniture on board is loose, and the full-height windows are massive, further adding to the yacht’s almost loft-like vibe. And you simply can’t beat her interior volume – it’s nearly 50% larger than other boats in this size range.
Vripack appears to have a real winner on its hands – an expedition yacht that really does have it all. And that, much like a certain timeless hair style, is always a crowd pleaser.
