Nothing like a good mystery to start the weekend. According to Forbes Magazine, an unnamed “world-famous sport fish champion” recently took delivery of a 55-meter Heesen named “Vida”. This just-launched yacht will serve as the massive mothership to her new owner’s sport fishing fleet, which includes a Bayliss 60 and a Bayliss 68.
Not surprisingly, the Heesen, built from steel & aluminum, is flat-out extraordinary. Her interior is decorated in natural materials, including white onyx, one of our favorites. Vida’s guest quarters feature an 860 square foot on-deck owner’s suite and five ultra-swanky guests staterooms. The yacht also has a not unimpressive 4,500 nm range at 13 knots.
We want to offer a BIG congratulations to whoever the “sport fish champion” is that acquired “Vida”. We’d also like to cordially invite this individual to take part in the 2nd Annual Naked Warrior Project Fishing Tournament, taking place next Spring. He can feel free to bring the Heesen!
