Her weekly rates start from $32,000 in low season and $45,000 in high season, offering incredible value for a five-star sailing experience in paradise.

At the helm of The Annex are Captain Stephen and Jennifer Mann, a husband-and-wife team known for their exceptional seamanship and hospitality.
Captain Stephen holds a 1600 Ton Master Open Oceans & Unlimited Tow endorsement and has circumnavigated the globe, bringing over four decades of maritime experience to every charter. Guests aboard The Annex quickly discover his passion for the sea and his gift for storytelling, turning each voyage into a rich and memorable experience.
Chef and First Mate Jennifer Mann is a Board-Certified Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and Natural Foods Chef, blending wellness and creativity in every meal. As a licensed 100 Ton Master herself, she’s as comfortable at the helm as she is in the galley. Together, they create an atmosphere of warmth, adventure, and discovery — where guests feel instantly at home.
