Allison Helfen

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Allison Helfen holds a BA in Hotel Restaurant Administration from Washington State University and a Marketing Minor from Seattle Pacific University. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, she eventually followed her entrepreneurial spirit and opened a high-end wine and beer shop in the Seattle area, which she owned and operated for eleven years. After selling the business in 2015, she transitioned into marketing consulting, supporting small to mid-sized companies with branding and strategy.

In 2018, Allison combined her professional expertise with her passion for boating by joining Union Marine as Head of Marketing. In 2022, she was recruited by OneWater Yacht Group and relocated to Fort Lauderdale with her husband to lead marketing initiatives in the heart of the yachting world—and to enjoy more time on the water and easier access to their favorite Caribbean destinations.

Allison joined 26 North as Chief Marketing Officer in April 2023. With a creative eye, strategic mindset, and drive for innovation, she leads the company’s marketing efforts across both 26 North Yachts and 26 North Charter, shaping a bold and cohesive brand experience.

Outside of work, Allison is an enthusiastic traveler who also enjoys exploring new culinary experiences, playing golf and pickleball, and staying active in the vibrant South Florida lifestyle. She and her husband are lifelong dog lovers and cherish the joy that dogs bring into life. Allison is also a proud volunteer with Freedom Waters Foundation, where she finds deep personal meaning in giving back to the community and supporting the incredible individuals the organization serves.
