Mare Kidd is a Florida native and has lived in Fort Lauderdale for more than 20 years. As the charter broker for 26 North, Mare is delighted to design the charter of your dreams — and make it a reality. She is committed to customizing unforgettable experiences and has earned the loyalty of many clients.
With years of experience as a chief stewardess onboard private and charter mega yachts, she brings a wealth of knowledge to charter operations. After taking time to raise a family while her yacht captain husband traveled, Mare re-entered the yachting industry as a charter specialist and knew this was her true calling. Her passion for this field brings with it a high level of service and an eye for detail. Working with seasoned travelers as well as those who are new to chartering, she is delighted to address every question and inquiry, and providing guidance throughout the planning process is her specialty. If a detail matters to a client, it matters to her.
Mare and her husband have two teenage daughters who are as naturally drawn to the water as their parents. When she isn’t working, she walks to the gym five times a week to work out, loves to cook healthy meals and has a passion for ancestry and family history.
