QTR | 116' 2009 Lazzara Yachts

Originally built as “Le Bon Joujou” for a repeat Lazzara client, “QTR” has only had 3 owners, all of whom have kept her in excellent condition with constant upgrades. This is Hull #12, the last of the successful 116’ Lazzara series to be delivered, which still exudes a contemporary sporty style. This boat features 5 staterooms (plus crew), Jacuzzi (new 2022) on the flybridge deck with a recently upgraded interior throughout, including all new soft goods in the last 2 years. Other equipment includes zero-speed stabilizers, waste treatment system, upgraded generators, a stern thruster, underwater lights, a dive compressor, and spark jet skis stored in 2 x transom “pods”.

This vessel has walkaround decks, midship boarding doors port, and starboard. Entering from the aft deck, the salon is open to a formal dining area. Just forward of the dining area to the port side is the laundry room with stairs down to the Owner and 3 guest staterooms. To the starboard are the day head, galley, and stairs to VIP forward. There are 5 staterooms in total, each with a private head. Crew quarters are aft with access from the transom door or aft side deck door and can sleep 5 in 2 cabins, each with a head.

Entering the main salon through double stainless steel curved sliding glass, one immediately appreciates the feeling of an open and spacious interior layout. Throughout the boat is Makore Cherry wood combined with soft light colored fabrics and well-placed artwork.

To the port side of the salon is a plush L-shaped sectional, a side chair, side tables, and lamps. To starboard are two matching side chairs with a small cocktail table, a built-in TV cabinet, and a buffet.

Using the port side stairs leading down to a foyer are 4 staterooms, the full beam owner’s stateroom is amidships and has a double door entry. A center-line king-sized Tempurpedic mattress (new 2022) with nightstand cabinets, reading lights, and storage drawers on each side. The port side features dresser cabinets with matching make-up vanity with a chair plus there is a large walk-in closet. The starboard side offers a plush loveseat, drawers on either side plus matching “curio” cabinets above. The flybridge with factory hard-top, can be accessed from inside the pilothouse or from the aft deck stairs. The deck sole is teak. Going aft on the flybridge are two large semicircular upholstered settees port and starboard; each with a high gloss teak top oval-shaped table. Immediately aft at center is a large Jacuzzi (new 2022) that doubles as a sun pad area. Across to starboard is the circular stairwell to go down to the aft deck that offers a sunshade. All the way is a large U-shaped seating area that can be shaded by the two large Tuuci umbrellas.

The aft deck features built-in settee aft and large oval-shaped tabletop and four chairs for al fresco dining. There is a fully equipped walk-behind bar to the port side. The aft deck has hide-away docking stations to the port and starboard (with bow and stern thrusters).

From the aft deck, down to the swim platform via molded teak-covered stairs port and starboard, there is a transom door at center to access the crew quarters and a swim platform and engine room. Each side of the swim platform has hydraulically operated pods/ garage, housing a set of Spark jet skis. The aft deck has port and starboard boarding doors.
