Manufacturer Provided Description

The Offshore 55 Pilothouse features a solid hand-laminated fiberglass hull with epoxy barrier coat, and hand-laminated fiberglass deck and superstructure. All Offshore yachts feature well thought-out details such as covered walkaround decks for maximum safety and comfort as well as window frames, doors, and hatches made of gelcoated fiberglass so they can't corrode like aluminum or rot like wood. Offshore hull design features a generous beam and finely veed and deep forefoot that gradually tapers to a 12-degree deadrise at the transom. This design produces a hull that is quick to get on plane and knifes cleanly through waves and chop throughout the speed range.

You can board either aft via the large swim step that enters into the covered aft deck or port/starboard side doors leading to the covered walk-around side decks. The cockpit/aft deck features an aft helm station, sink, storage drawers with tackle center, and rod holders. There are steps that lead up to the flybridge and small boat deck.

In the teak finished salon, you have large viewing windows, L-shape seating to port with hi/low table and occasional chairs to starboard, and built-in flat screen TV. Galley is to port and open to the salon where you have three bar stool seating. To starboard, you have built-in teak storage lockers. Stairwell leads down to built-in washer/dryer and entrance to master midship stateroom, ensuite head and stall shower.

Moving forward from the galley, you have a raised pilothouse with nearly 360° viewing. Port and starboard wing doors, centerline helm station with an array of electronics, L-shape seating and dining table. Forward to starboard, a stairwell leads down to the guest accommodations.

Featuring to port, an upper/lower berth cabin with toilet built in and guest head/shower to starboard. Forward is the VIP stateroom with centerline queen berth and private entrance into the shared guest head and shower. Flybridge is accessed via the pilothouse or aft deck.

Flybridge features canvas bimini, (2) Stidd helm chairs, an array of electronics, large L-shape seating to port with two tables, and to starboard you have built-in storage. Aft is the tender dinghy deck and davit.
