COST US has cost her current owner nearly $500,000 over the past 6 months. The reason? Well, the answer starts with brand new exterior covers, Bimini top, and exterior cushions – but that only tells part of the story. Performing all major engine servicing and installing a straight-out-of-the-box, top-of-the-line 28kW Kohler generator fills in the rest of it. COST US looks terrific, and, with her 1,000 horsepower-a-piece CAT C-18s, she runs even better. This yacht cruises at 26 knots and maxes out at 30 knots, meaning you can get to Bimini or wherever else you’d like to go quickly.
She has a three stateroom layout plus crew quarters – making COST US a phenomenal family cruiser, as well as a textbook charter yacht (given her suitability for both long and short-term charters). So whether you are interested in using her as an exclusively private vessel, or you’d like to offset some of your costs, you’re not going to find a better yacht in this class. In all fairness, though, her next owner will need to change this boat’s name to “COST THEM” – because relative to what you’ll be buying her for, the “heavy lifting” has already been done by her current owner.
