This 85' 2007 Pacific Mariner, LUCK-A-LEE IV, features a custom four stateroom interior with satin Sappelle joinery throughout and a comfortable main salon with dining area on the main deck along with an open galley with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. A private midship king-sized master stateroom is below with two VIP queen staterooms, a twin forward plus crew quarters located aft. Additional options include stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters, two generators, watermaker, flybridge Jacuzzi and 15' tender. The William Garden designed hull cruises comfortably at 23 knots with 28 knot maximum speed and 2300 gallons of fuel provide for good range! She is well maintained by full time original captain and shows in excellent condition! In 2016, bottom was painted, props reconditioned, running gear & prop speed. Serviced Naiad stabilizers, rebuilt hydraulic pumps for crane, all new headliner on main deck, all new Sunbrella cushions and covers for exterior, new air handlers, all exterior table tops refinished and joinery on main deck refinished along with new V-Cool for pilothouse.
