Little Giant is joy to sail with easy sail handling, she’s built like a tank by world renowned SUNREEF and because of her width of 40 feet, she is very comfortable at anchor and while underway.
She comes fresh out of a very extensive refit and the added improvements make her better than when she left the yard in 2017. The newly added tender lift platform is where the (new) ZODIAC 5.5m is stored provides a massive extra platform for watersports. The actual overall length is now 94 ft.
Uniquely she has two recessed areas on her hulls to store jetskis.
She boasts 5 cabins for 10 guests and the most unique feature that really makes her stand out to all her peers is the fact that’s she has a full beam Master Stateroom on the MAIN deck facing forward. An abundance of light and space that no other vessel of this size can offer.
Little Giant has just completed a one-year refit April 2023 to April 2024 with over $1.5 Mil invested. The refit was managed by a professional management company, under supervision of the Captain, and performed at highly regarded Derecktor shipyard in Ft Lauderdale. The full refit list is too long to go over all items here, but there’s a well-documented booklet made by the Captain with all photo materials and improvements made.
MAJOR refit items include: new engines, mast-off rigging full inspection and recalibration and replacements , new enlarged and integrated water tanks, massive new tender lift platform provided by Sunreef, new copper coating and bottom paint and all anodes replaced, bow thrusters completely rebuilt, new protective hull wrap in matt grey, newly constructed crew cabin and mess, all new Flexiteek decking on (new) areas forward and on all sides, new windlass’s, dive compressor and storage locker refit with optimized storage spaces, complete engine room repaint and insulation, generators full overhaul brought back to zero hours, full air-conditioning overhaul and new installations, all bilges repainted, new thru hulls and hoses, all sails serviced, etc etc.
This innovate flybridge sloop rigged catamarans has an enlarged living area with incredible maneuverability with centralized sail handling equipment and engine controls that makes sailing an absolute pleasure. The yacht is over-build for worldwide sailing and well quipped for a truly luxury experience while exploring exotic destinations in ultra style.

This is the only custom built Sunreef 88 DD and was launched in 2017. The DD stands for Double-Deck and when we say “custom built”, it means that this Sunreef 88 is really very different from similar sized sailing catamarans.
